Three pounds this week!

I had my weigh-in today. I have to admit that I break out in a sweat every Tues morning when I weigh myself. I don't get on the scale any other time of the week. As women, we fluctuate daily in our weight and it only causes you to lose heart for the rest of the week. So, first thing Tues morning before I even get a cup of coffee, I weigh. This helps me to see if my scale is the same as theirs. Mine is about 2 lbs heavier than the one at Weight Watchers. That make my total weight loss at 7.5 lbs! Next week, I hope to have reached my 5% weight loss goal.
I try very hard to write everything that I eat down, but sometimes it is hard to know how to count certain things. I just worry that I have done it right and am going to see a loss for the week. I don't have the confidence in my food tracking that I did last time I did weight watchers. Oh well, I am more than thrilled with anything over 1 lb a week!
I finished my Tangled Yoke Cardigan. I haven't found buttons for it, yet. When I do, I will take a picture of it for you. It took 1488 yards of yarn. It is very lovely! The 18 cable rows were nail-biters for me. I was so glad to get them over with. It is truly a jawdropper! For now, I will let you enjoy a picture of Patrice's.
Last night, I finished a small shawl that I am designing for KnitPicks. I am working on the same one in another weight of yarn and with beads for the same pattern.
I started my Creature Comforts Cardi. This one will take me a long time to knit. It took me a long time to complete on pattern repeat of 32 rows.
I looked at my FINISHED KNITS journal last night and saw that I have only completed 4 projects for April. Of course, I have knit on the Tangled Yoke Cardigan since the 7th of this month. I can't wait to wear it!
I planted my herbs and tomato plant today. We have had wonderful, cool weather for the last few days and I love it. When I take my walk, I actually have to wear a sweat shirt. It is a lovely time.
