Woo hoo! I lost 2 more pounds this week! That brings the total to 4 1/2 lbs. I am getting back in the mindset of WW. My grocery bill is quite a bit more, but since we eat out rarely, I think I am way ahead. I love eating healthy and exercising. It makes me feel good.

Way to go! It doesn't take too long to make a new , good habit and then you don't feel deprived and the battle is more than half won!
