Thankful for the little things

I am thankful for the little things that add up so fast....
A friend coming to lunch, a student who I am teaching to knit, beautiful weather for a lovely walk, a safe neighborhood to walk in, the bright red of the cardinals at the bird feeder, the cheery little voice of the black capped chickadee, a sweet husband driving up after work...so many little things that are such a blessing in this life that God has given me.
Thank you God for today.
