Decorating done

Funny how something, seemingly so small, can seem to be a mountain. I get overwhelmed easily. You can not imagine the relief to have my tree up. It has become a monster of a job. The fact is that I have over 150 Snoopy, Woodstock, Peanuts ornament that I have collected over the years. It takes hours to place them on the tree. I feel that a load has been lifted off my shoulders. Maybe now, I can start getting into the spirit of the season and quit being such a Scrooge! I feel so ashamed of my stinking attitude and all because the tree loomed too large in my mind. When placing my ornaments on the tree, I always have nostalgic moments of who gave me what ornament. Isn't it too cute?

Here is my mantle with my Snoopy nutcrackers standing guard. Sorry that I could not get a better picture, but my flash kept messing it up and this was the best I could do.

I finished my doll skirts yesterday and am about to cut 2 scarves off my loom and rewarp it for more. I found the most adorable baby shoes on the web today. Check out these fingerless gloves.
I hope to finish the girl's skirts and work on the embellishment of the last cardigan. I plan on finishing these before Sunday. That will be a challenge, because I have a ladies seminar tonight and part of the day tomorrow at our church. Where there is a will, there is a way!
