Half Circle Cardigan progress

I did reach my goal for the weekend. I made it thru the 132 rows of the back on my Half Circle Cardigan. I almost did not. I got sidetracked on another project for an American Girl doll outfit for my girls (Emily and Sarah). With Easter coming early this year, this will be a spring outfit, not an Easter outfit. I am doing a cardigan vest for the dolls and making skirts to match for dolls and girls. Their Nana will make the girl's cardigans and I will do the duplicate stitch and ribbings on them. Thanks Nana! I love making doll clothes. I must still have a bunch of kid in me. It was the middle of the afternoon Saturday, before I realized that I would not reach my goal if I did not put the doll cardigan down. I hate making a goal and not reaching it!!!! I hope to get one sleeve finished in the next 2 days, then I will start on the other front of the cardigan and finish the last sleeve. It would be great to finish this by the weekend, but that is not a goal that I want to burden myself with. I have too many other things that need my attention. I have my Bible study to do every day and I REALLY need to DEEP clean my house. I did do a little cleaning and picking up this morning, but teenage son is in home today and I like to have an empty house when I go into my Tasmanian devil cleaning mode! Lyra progress may have to wait this week, I see the end of the tunnel on this Half Circle Cardigan.

Emily and Sarah are such lucky girls to have Mrs. Kay knitting for them!! I can't wait to see their doll's cardigans. :)
